Collection and servicing of outgoing mail

Our services have been constructed to be attractive both for consigners of large number of letters as well as the companies with smaller needs in the scope of posting letters.

Enterprises perceive unquestionable benefits of outsourcing, that is why the Traffica, to meet the market needs, has prepared a set of services related to comprehensive servicing of outgoing mail. The process starts with the collection of correspondence divided into ordinary and registered letters from the Client's site at the earlier agreed time. The Traffica courier in the Client's presence counts letters, registers the number of particular types and returned post transmit documents and lefts the acknowledgment of letters' receipt.

Then the correspondence is delivered to the Traffica operating department where it is worked out by the experienced team of workers.

Letters are weighed, postal forms completed (e.g. shipment books) and if necessary postal charges are settled. Transmit books may be run in a traditional way as well as electronically (in the form of coded files) which should facilitate fast scanning of archives in the future. After checking the correctness of preparation, letters are posted on the same day - they are delivered to Poczta Polska or other postal operator if required. In situations when the correspondence needs to be additionally packed, the Traffica is prepared for such circumstances and has a possibility to stuff envelopes - depending on the quantity - often on the reception day. Thanks to appropriate procedures and internal motivation strategies, our work is characterized by constant monitoring of high efficiency. We greatly care for our Clients' comfort and make our best to keep the cooperation on impersonal level. Our regular Clients are offered help in the completion of required forms in contacts with postal operators as well as other postal procedures. Posting letters with us is performed comfortably.
