Daily Mail Servicing

Daily mail servicing includes the application of specialist software to monitor contracted mail collection in actual time in respect of courier punctuality and it also enables to plan work before new assignments reach the Traffica site. Mail reception is performed by means of mobile devices equipped into laser scanners which are used for the strict control of type and quantity of accepted mail together with shipment documentation at every stage. Daily mail servicing is monitored by the system of digital camcorders and video recorders.

Personalized print

We offer professional equipment and experienced personnel, thus realization of solutions in the scope of simple document personalization but also the production of advanced page changeable documents. Personalized documents may include text, tables, images, graphics, address fields, bar codes, OMR codes designed for tabbers or other changeable data. Each of these elements may be controlled by means of conditional logistics. It enables us to apply complex conditionality when creating documents.

Owing to this we are capable of inserting additional adverts for a defined group of clients for whom the value of generated invoice is higher than for X or other selected criterion.

Specialist software allows us to start document sorting before printing (sorting in respect of number of pages, invoice value, postal code, marker of client's category . But above all, sorting enables the collection of numerous documents form various places of the base, thus it is possible to pack them into one envelope.

For the sake of fast and cheap dispatching of large number of correspondence, documents may undergo automatic envelope stuffing with the use of OMR codes. This eliminates human factor and guarantees the control of document integrity.
