First of all, owing to the application of modern technology , the costs of print itself are lower and sometimes even of posted mail - because during a preparatory process it is possible to cumulate documents from different part of the base, which are to be posted to the same recipient. Secondly, owing to our OMR source codes located during the preparation process, we are capable of automatic envelope stuffing. And finally, mail is quickly posted and does not cause any obstacles in everyday work of particular departments which were responsible for document generation, regardless of the quantity (busy period).
