Security policy

Mail correspondence before it is delivered to a postal operator, has to undergo preparatory process: document printing, addressing, envelope stuffing, preparation of shippment forms by the operator. We are fully aware that mail must be properly protected and sent in proper time. For this reason we have created appropriate procedures and made our organization the subject of superior goal: absolutely reliable service. Owing to the achievements of modern technology we have created the monitoring system to control meeting deadlines as well as work efficiency and specialist software enables to control mail circulation and shipment documentation. We put a strong emphasis on multi-level quality control.

Security procedures accompany the selection and recruitment process of our employees. Each new worker is fully trained in the scope of mail servicing, internal procedures, post instructions, specific legal conditions related to correspondence servicing (e.g. Personal Data Protection Act) and then a new employee becomes obliged to keep information secrecy that would be accessible to them when performing professional duties. After passing the exam a new employee may start their work.

As for the technical conditions of the Personal Data Protection Act, described in detail in the Ministry of the Interior and Administration Decree dated April 29, 2004, we apply the third and the highest level of security. Following the market requirements, those related to the servicing of banking sector in particular, we have created the Recovery Centre and the Continuity of Operations Safety Measures.
The above-mentioned are only some of the reasons which make us worth trusting.
